Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase at Karnavati Ontario Association

Ticket Purchases:
- All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of event cancellation.

Service Fees:
- A service fee per ticket may be applied. We advise all patrons to review the total amount before proceeding with payment on www.karnavatioa.ca.

Event Entry:
- We encourage attendees to arrive at least an hour before the scheduled event time to facilitate a smooth entry. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to latecomers.

Refunds:
- In the event of a cancellation or postponement, Karnavati Ontario Association will refund the face value of the ticket. Service fees are non-refundable.

Venue Regulations:
- Each event venue operates under its own set of rules and regulations. Attendees must adhere to these rules, and the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone in violation.

Amendments to Terms:
- Karnavati Ontario Association reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on www.karnavatioa.ca.
